• All payments for credits added to your SampleSender.com account are final and non-refundable.
• The annual subscription fee can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe portal: Manage Subscription.
• Billing cycles and charges will be clearly disclosed during signup.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

We handle the preparation and shipment of samples on your behalf. However:

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse sample requests at our discretion.
• You are responsible for ensuring the recipient's address is accurate.
